About Us

At Prenuvo, we are on a mission to flip the paradigm from reactive “sick-care” to proactive health care. Our award-winning whole body scan is fast (under 1 hour), safe (MRI has no ionizing radiation), and non-invasive (no contrast). Our unique integrated stack of optimized hardware, software, and increasingly AI, coupled with the patient-centric experience across our domestic and global clinics, have allowed us to lead the change against “we caught it too late again".

Prenuvo is looking for a Senior Sales Enablement Manager to define and scale how our sales teams sell.

Supporting Direct-to-Consumer, Physician Partnerships, and Enterprise teams, this person will turn product knowledge, company strategy, and proven sales practices into practical approaches that help reps communicate Prenuvo’s value and progress customers toward a decision.

The ideal candidate is an experienced sales practitioner who brings a strong point of view on effective selling. They can identify where reps are getting stuck, develop strategies to address those gaps, and translate successful selling behaviours into repeatable training, coaching, content, and playbooks.

This is a hands-on, 0–1 builder role. You will set the enablement strategy while personally creating and delivering the programs that bring it to life.

This role does not provide visa sponsorship. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire and must not require employer sponsorship for a work visa (current or future).

Help reshape the world through proactive healthcare while working with cutting-edge technology and high performing teams with deep expertise - join us to make a difference in people’s lives!

What You’ll Do

Define How We Sell

  • Develop sales strategies and best practices for discovery, product positioning, value articulation, objection handling, follow-up, negotiation, and closing.
  • Adapt these strategies to the different buyers, motivations, and sales cycles across Direct-to-Consumer, Physician Partnerships, and Enterprise.
  • Analyze why sales are won, lost, or stalled and develop practical approaches to improve performance.
  • Turn successful selling behaviours into repeatable frameworks, talk tracks, playbooks, and coaching resources.
  • Maintain a consistent Prenuvo narrative while ensuring each sales team has an approach relevant to its audience.

Build Seller Capability

  • Build and own Prenuvo’s sales enablement roadmap across all sales channels.
  • Develop role-specific onboarding programs that help new hires ramp quickly.
  • Create ongoing training, coaching, certification, and reinforcement programs that strengthen selling skills over time.
  • Personally facilitate training sessions, workshops, coaching, and other enablement programs.
  • Work directly with sales leaders and frontline reps through call listening, shadowing, and performance reviews to identify skill and knowledge gaps.
  • Support sales leaders with practical coaching strategies they can reinforce with their teams.

Own Sales Content and Knowledge

  • Create and maintain playbooks, talk tracks, discovery guides, objection-handling resources, competitive materials, case studies, and other sales content.
  • Build a centralized, easy-to-use source of truth for sales training and resources.
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, Clinical, Legal, and other subject-matter experts to ensure content is accurate, approved, and relevant.
  • Establish a process for regularly updating content and retiring outdated materials.
  • Ensure resources are designed for practical use in customer conversations, not simply for sharing information.

Make Enablement Easy to Access and Apply

  • Use sales enablement and AI-powered tools to help reps quickly find and apply the right information.
  • Explore new ways to deliver training, coaching, and content within the day-to-day workflows of sales teams.
  • Partner with Sales Operations to define enablement requirements for sales tools and support new processes or technology with effective training.
  • Drive adoption by making enablement resources useful, relevant, and easy to navigate.

Measure and Improve Impact

  • Define measures of enablement effectiveness, including ramp time, skill development, resource adoption, productivity, and conversion.
  • Partner with Sales Operations to access and interpret sales performance data.
  • Combine performance insights with frontline feedback and call observations to identify areas for improvement.
  • Test and iterate on programs based on what is driving measurable changes in seller behaviour and performance.
  • Share priorities, results, and recommendations with Sales Leadership.

Lead Cross-Functional Enablement

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, Clinical, Legal, Sales Operations, and other teams to prepare sellers for new products, campaigns, processes, and company initiatives.
  • Translate complex or changing information into clear guidance that sales teams can confidently apply.
  • Prioritize enablement needs across multiple audiences based on business impact.

What You’ll Bring

  • At least 8-12 years of total relevant experience, including at least 3 years of progressive, frontline sales experience, with demonstrated growth in responsibility, account complexity, channel scope, or seniority.
  • A strong track record of sales performance and the ability to explain the strategies and behaviours that contributed to that success.
  • Experience selling across, or supporting, more than one sales audience or motion, such as high-volume consumer sales, physician partnerships, account management, or enterprise sales.
  • Experience developing effective approaches to discovery, positioning, objection handling, follow-up, negotiation, and closing.
  • Experience developing and delivering onboarding, training, coaching, and ongoing seller development programs.
  • Strong understanding of the realities of working toward targets, managing a pipeline, navigating objections, and progressing customers through a sales process.
  • Experience using sales enablement, learning, content management, call intelligence, or AI-powered tools to improve how sellers access knowledge and build skills.
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, written communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to independently move work from an identified need through launch and iteration.
  • Ability to learn complex products, audiences, and sales motions quickly.
  • A hands-on working style and willingness to personally create content, deliver training, coach reps, and solve day-to-day enablement challenges.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment where programs and infrastructure are still being built.

Nice to Have

  • Demonstrated experience building a sales enablement program, process, or capability from 0–1.
  • Experience selling or enabling healthcare, regulated, or clinically complex products.
  • Experience with both high-volume transactional and longer-cycle consultative sales.
  • Experience using AI to improve sales content, knowledge retrieval, training, coaching, or in-the-moment seller support.
  • Experience with Salesforce, sales engagement platforms, learning
