The Role

As Senior S&OP Analyst, you'll produce Rohlik Group's demand forecast, day in and day out, across CZ, HU, RO, DE and AT, and make it decision-ready for the S&OP cycle. You'll own forecast accuracy and bias by market, run the analytical core of the daily and weekly forecasting routine, and translate agreed demand into the inventory, workload, labour and delivery requirements the operating functions plan against.

This is a hands-on, builder role. Much of today's forecasting work is manual — spreadsheets per market, one-by-one edits, judgment calls that live in one or two people's heads. You'll keep that running reliably from day one, while working with the Head of Forecasting and BI/Engineering to replace the manual parts with proper tooling.

What You'll Do

• Own the daily and weekly production of the group demand forecast — orders, SKU/order and intraday shapes — across markets, fulfillment centers and planning horizons

• Own forecast accuracy and bias by market and horizon, running root-cause analysis on deviations and proposing corrective action

• Own the demand review pack and scenario models used in the S&OP cycle, including quantified upside/downside cases

• Translate agreed demand into inventory, warehouse workload, labour, throughput and delivery requirements for the operating functions

• Drive automation of the manual routines you run day to day — e.g. proposing and helping build mass-upload and locking for SKU/order edits, contributing to the demand-chaser redesign, and supporting rollout of automated AOV forecasting

• Prepare the daily and weekly data, analysis and options behind the Head of Forecasting's CEO update and the S&OP governance rituals — you build the evidence base; presenting it to the CEO sits with the Head

• Lead forecasting preparation for campaigns, seasonal transitions, peaks and exceptional demand situations, documenting every manual adjustment with its assumption and rationale

• Partner with market planners, Category, Marketing, Fulfillment, Last Mile and BI teams to collect quantified inputs on time and keep planning data trustworthy

• Proactively flag — not just track — process and governance gaps (single points of failure, undocumented judgment calls, missing notifications) so the department becomes more resilient over time, not just more accurate

What We're Looking For

Required:

• 3+ years' experience in Demand Planning, Forecasting, Supply Chain Planning or Business Analytics

• Hands-on ownership of a recurring forecast in a high-velocity retail, e-commerce, logistics or operational environment

• Advanced command of forecasting methodologies, scenario modelling and forecast accuracy measurement

• Strong analytical skills: advanced spreadsheet modelling and SQL (or equivalent) for working independently with large data sets

• Comfort proposing and helping specify tooling improvements — you don't need to be an engineer, but you should be the person pushing to automate the process you run, not just documenting its workarounds

• Working knowledge of BI/visualisation tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker or similar)

• Ability to work to defined standards and deadlines across several markets at once, and to explain analysis and its business implications clearly to non-analytical stakeholders

• Fluent English

Nice to have:

• Experience in online grocery or another perishables business

• Prior exposure to an S&OP or integrated business planning cycle

• Experience translating demand into labour, fulfillment or transport requirements

• Scripting/automation experience (Python or similar) beyond spreadsheets
