Redis has spent over a decade as the fastest in-memory data platform in the world. That foundation is now becoming something bigger: the memory layer for AI. Vector search, semantic caching, agent memory, session state for real-time applications. Every AI system that needs to be fast and reliable eventually needs Redis.

As a Solutions Architect, you'll educate and collaborate with customers to design Redis-powered solutions for their specific business and technical needs, including the new generation of AI-driven applications. You'll drive POCs, pilots, and evaluations, working hands-on with customers using one of the most widely adopted technologies in the market.

This is an early moment in that shift. Joining now means helping shape how Redis shows up in AI architectures across the region, not inheriting a playbook someone else already wrote.

What you'll do

• Help customers meet their technology and business requirements using Redis products, solutions, and services, including AI-focused use cases like vector search, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and semantic caching.

• Understand, quantify, and verify the business needs of customers and their specific use cases, from traditional database workloads to emerging AI architectures.

• Work closely with customers' technical teams (architects, developers, PMOs, and C-level stakeholders) to ensure the success of every POC and pilot.

• Collaborate with the sales team to develop account strategies and identify new opportunities, both in new accounts and existing ones.

• Present Redis, its capabilities, and its role in modern AI infrastructure in a professional and compelling way that helps customers see the business impact and competitive advantage of the Redis platform.

• Use customer feedback and insights to improve technical materials and best practices, while feeding learnings back to product management and R&D as the AI use cases evolve.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of experience in pre-sales engineering (ideally database engineering) for enterprise software.

• Hands-on experience with server-side software development and Linux.

• Experience with scalable, highly available distributed systems.

• Familiarity with AI/ML application architectures is a plus (vector databases, RAG pipelines, LLM-based applications), though not required.

• BS in Computer Science, BA, or equivalent work experience.

• A team player with excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Able to travel regularly to visit customer sites.

• Excellent written and spoken English.

Compensation: The salary range for this role is EUR 105 000 to 131 000. Final compensation will be determined based on objective, job-related factors, including relevant experience, skills, role scope, level, and work location. This role may also be eligible for commission and Redis benefits.
