We are looking for a seasoned and trusted technical advisor who excels at blending strategic insight with hands-on expertise. You can translate complex intelligence and security concepts into tangible and measurable customer value. You are proficient at tailoring your consultative engagement for both tactical and strategic audiences, mapping technical intelligence outcomes to quantifiable business risk reduction. Equipped with strong business acumen, you’re comfortable engaging at all organisational levels, from SOC analysts to CISO’s, and consistently drive successful intelligence outcomes through deep customer understanding, robust stakeholder relationships, and proactive guidance, helping organizations to fully realize the value of Recorded Future’s Intelligence Cloud through unquestionable intelligence-driven ROI and risk reduction.
What You’ll Do:
- Own the technical and strategic success of a portfolio assigned customer accounts across their entire intelligence journey, from onboarding to renewal
- Partner with customers across Korea as well as the broader ASEAN region to define and deliver high-value intelligence-led outcomes using Recorded Future’s full suite of capabilities across the platform, integrations ecosystem and services portfolio
- Monitor and drive intelligence platform adoption, analyze usage patterns and integration health to ensure sustained operational success
- Conduct regular executive and technical business reviews, presenting value realization metrics and maturity progression
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks to account health and renewal, including budget related constraints, competitive pressure, and loss of champion or stakeholder turnover
- Preempt customer needs and proactively identify growth opportunities to ensure customer satisfaction, retention and platform expansion
- Serve as the primary technical liaison, collaborating with the customers SOC, CTI, engineering, GRC, threat hunting, vulnerability management and other security teams on configuration, data integration, and optimization
- Design and execute strategic customer success and intelligence adoption plans that align business priorities with Recorded Future capabilities and measurable outcomes, in partnership with account directors and cross-functional Recorded Future teams
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product management, data science and intelligence teams to ensure a unified customer experience
- Lead bespoke intelligence advisory engagements, addressing emerging threats, collection priorities, intelligence workflows, configuration and tuning, and strengthening of customer tradecraft and platform proficiency
- Serve as a trusted advocate and voice of the customer, influencing product direction and services innovation
- Mentor team members and contribute to continuous improvement of advisory methodologies
- Appropriately manage multiple complex and competing priorities, while maintaining world-class levels of quality consistency at all times in alignment with organisational metrics and KPI’s
- Maintain exemplary level of administrative rigor in Recorded Future systems of record, ensuring meaningful updates on successes, outcomes, customer sentiment, and detailed technical plans for at risk accounts and high impact issues.
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience: 5+ years of consulting or other customer facing cyber threat intelligence, security operations or cyber advisory roles within enterprise or vendor settings. Experience across one or more key security related domains including intelligence, security operations, vulnerability management, GRC, threat hunting or incident response
- Expertise: Excellent understanding of intelligence principles, concepts, frameworks and tradecraft, intelligence operationalization and application in operational environments, and robust situational awareness of the broader threat landscape. Technical fluency with intelligence platforms, APIs, data feeds, security integrations (SIEM, TIP, SOAR etc), SaaS architectures and data-driven security operations
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communications, innate attention to detail, proven ability to translate intelligence insights into actionable and measurable business and security outcomes, proficiency in communicating complex concepts to diverse technical and non-technical audiences up to and including the C-suite. Strong analytical, presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Language Fluency: Professional proficiency in Korean, including speaking, reading and writing, is an essential prerequisite. Native fluency is strongly preferred.
- Customer Management: Proven success in account health management, risk mitigation, retention and growth. Experience in monitoring adoption metrics, usage trends and integration performance.
- Knowledge: Fundamental understanding of the Intelligence Lifecycle, common security frameworks including MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, Diamond Model and the Cyber Kill Chain.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree or related experience in cyber security, computing science, intelligence studies or related field. Industry certifications such as CISSP, GCTI, GCIH etc.
- Personal Attributes: Customer obsessed, fascinated by the adversary and boundless curiosity, adaptive and proactive self-starter with a passion for impact, consultative mindset, strategic communicator, collaborative team player, and outcome-driven professional who thrives in fast paced, dynamic, customer-facing environments. Ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives across technical and business teams
