Public Affairs Lead

The Role:

As Public Affairs Lead, you are responsible for the strategic planning and implementation of our health policy activities in Germany. Your goal is to actively shape the regulatory environment and ensure that Oviva is recognized as a key partner at the political level.

Job Responsibilities:

• Independent planning and coordination of all public affairs activities.

• Development and implementation of a political strategy and advocacy efforts.

• Systematic analysis of health policy challenges and opportunities for Oviva.

• Active representation of Oviva in industry associations and at political engagements.

• Preparation of position papers and communication materials for stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

• Completed degree in Political Science, Public Affairs, Health Policy, or a related field.

• At least five years of professional experience in politics or public affairs, ideally within the healthcare sector.

• Solid understanding of decision-making processes at the federal level.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate complex issues.

• Existing contacts with political decision-makers are a significant advantage.

• Availability to work from our Berlin office at least once a week.
