Product Communications is how Omnisend's product reaches customers and how customers actually get value from it. As a Director, you lead the team that turns every release into adoption, every feature into revenue, and every touchpoint into a reason to stay.

We need this team to be fast, aggressive, and the loudest champions of our product, both inside and outside the company. You'll sit in CX and work closely with Product and Marketing. This is a leadership role with hands-on edges.
