About the role

In this newly created role, you’ll lead and grow a new expansion sales function focused on helping MYOB Acumatica customers get more from their ERP software.

You’ll build a clear, repeatable approach to upsell, cross-sell and customer growth. As a hands-on leader, you’ll lead a team of Expansion Specialists, coach them to succeed and use customer and commercial insight to identify the right opportunities.

You’ll work across Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Solutions Consulting and Commercial Operations to turn insight into action and deliver expansion ARR growth.

What will keep you busy...

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Expansion Specialists to achieve expansion ARR targets
• Build, implement and improve a clear, scalable expansion sales approach
• Use customer, product and performance data to identify upsell, cross-sell and growth opportunities
• Plan and deliver targeted expansion campaigns across products, modules and services
• Partner closely with Customer Success, Solutions Consulting and Commercial Operations
• Build strong relationships across the business to support successful customer growth
• Create a team culture where people own their results, share what they learn and keep improving

What we'd love to see from you...

• Experience in SaaS sales, account management, customer growth or expansion-focused roles
• A track record of delivering upsell, cross-sell or expansion revenue
• People leadership experience, or strong player-coach experience with a desire to lead
• Strong commercial judgement and the ability to use data and insight to find growth opportunities
• Experience working with ERP, financial software, business applications or related technology
• The ability to build structure, improve processes and lead change
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence across teams
