Working Hours: Monday to Friday, fully office based in Bristol

What You’ll Do as a Sales Executive:

• Proactively make outbound B2B calls, connecting with decision-makers and building your own sales pipeline

• Book, run, and own appointments from the first contact through to closing the sale

• Manage a dynamic sales cycle — from quick 1-week wins to longer enterprise deals

• Build and maintain strong commercial relationships, overcome objections, and confidently communicate value over the phone and in meetings

• Take full ownership of your performance, targets, and uncapped commission in a high-reward, fast-paced environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in B2B Sales, minimum 2 years experience

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable speaking with decision-makers

• Highly results-driven, resilient, and motivated by targets and earning potential

• Entrepreneurial self-starter mentality with hunger to learn, progress, and succeed in your career
