Affiliate and Partnerships Manager, Performance Marketing

This role owns and scales a high-impact affiliate and partnerships program within a fast-growing, consumer-focused financial technology environment. You will manage the full partnership lifecycle, from sourcing and negotiating deals to launching, optimizing, and expanding programs. The position combines affiliate marketing, creator partnerships, direct business development, performance analytics, and operational execution. You will build relationships across publishers, creators, media companies, cashback platforms, and emerging distribution channels. You will also help shape new partnership models, including opportunities across AI-driven discovery and recommendation platforms.
