We're opening a new front in Brazil. Alongside the SMB motion our team is scaling every day, there's a segment here we haven't gone after yet: companies with hundreds of employees & real call volume.
Big, but not giant. Still fast enough to decide.

You're a hunter. Nobody hands you this pipeline. You open the doors, run the cycle, and close.

• Own the mid-market segment in Brazil: target list, outreach, discovery, pilot, close

• Longer cycles than our SMB motion: multiple stakeholders, procurement, security reviews

• Clear quota ownership with targets built for this segment

• Build the playbook as you go: what qualifies, what a pilot looks like, how we win

• Work closely with our leadership in Brazil on strategy, product feedback and what this segment needs from us

• 4+ years closing B2B software deals with mid-market or enterprise accounts in Brazil

• A network you can actually use: you know who to call at these companies

• Genuine hunter: your best deals came from accounts you created, not inherited

• Comfortable running complex cycles without a support org behind you

• Consultative and technically curious: call flows, CRM integrations, data handling

• Native Portuguese; strong English

• CLT/PJ model (base + uncapped commission)
