About us

ether.fi is one of the largest crypto companies in the world. We have over $10B in assets under management and a team of around 50. We've been profitable since day one and are focused on building real consumer applications.

The future we envisage is true on-chain banking. Our current products, Stake, Liquid and Cash, let users earn yield across a range of DeFi strategies and spend their assets in the real world with our cards. You can view public analytics on Dune for Cash and Stake.

Position overview

We're looking for a KOL and Social Manager to find, sign and manage KOLs (key opinion leaders: creators and influencers) who bring real users to ether.fi, and to run our day-to-day social posting. This is a user acquisition role: a KOL partnership is worth keeping only if it refers quality users.

What you'll do

  • Research and scrape to find KOLs whose audiences match our users

  • Build your own tools to speed up sourcing and tracking, using AI-assisted coding (vibe coding)

  • Recruit KOLs, set them up with referral tracking and manage the relationships

  • Track referred users per KOL and cut partnerships that don't perform

  • Spend about an hour a day posting across ether.fi's social channels

Your first 90 days

  • Build a roster of 10-20 KOLs, each referring more than 50 quality users a month

What we are looking for

  • You can vibe code: you build simple tools and scripts with AI to get work done faster

  • Strong research skills, including scraping to build lists and find people

  • Comfortable posting and running social accounts daily

  • Prior KOL experience is not required

  • Drive, willingness to work hard and go the extra mile. We are a highly ambitious, driven team with audacious goals, and we work very hard to make them a reality
