Head of Marketing / Marketing Lead

About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on marketing leader to own and scale the company's marketing engine, from strategy to execution, in a fast growing AI driven product environment. You will translate a technical product into compelling positioning and build a repeatable growth motion that generates demand and pipeline.

What You'll Do

• Own marketing end-to-end with strategic and operational responsibility and budget ownership.

• Define positioning, storytelling, and content that makes a technical product memorable and conversion-focused.

• Set strategy, priorities, and KPIs across channels and report on pipeline impact.

• Build and run a growth playbook that emphasizes AI and automation to scale inbound across organic and paid channels.

• Plan and execute go-to-market launches for new segments and international markets.

• Operate hands-on initially and hire and scale a high-performing marketing team as needed.

• Continuously test and prove new channels using experiments and data to drive decisions.

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years in growth or marketing with end-to-end ownership and meaningful budget responsibility.

• Strong track record translating a technical product into clear positioning and storytelling.

• Hands-on growth experience across organic and paid channels with repeatable playbooks and data-driven decision making.

• Familiarity with AI and automation tools applied to marketing and inbound growth.

• Experience building and leading a marketing team while remaining operationally involved.

• Fluency in English and German and willingness to work on-site in Berlin.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: 75,000 EUR to 120,000 EUR annually. Visa sponsorship: not available.

Primary location: Berlin, Berlin, Germany. On-site role with local collaboration in person.
