About us:

At Reevo, we're reimagining the entire revenue stack from the ground up, and we're doing it with speed. We're building software that orchestrates every go-to-market motion, enabling B2B teams to operate faster, smarter, and more collaboratively. By combining automation, intelligence, and a radically intuitive interface, we're helping companies unlock new levels of productivity and growth across marketing, sales, ops, and customer success teams.

If you're excited about working on a product that reshapes how revenue teams work and being surrounded by curious, driven teammates, you'll feel right at home here. From day one, you'll get real ownership, real mentorship, and real impact. Our team of 100+ builders has over 30 exits under their belt, so you'll be in good company, and working alongside the best!

The Opportunity:

The Forward Deployed Engineer is Reevo's tip of the spear — the person we drop into our hardest, most ambiguous customer implementations and trust to own the whole thing. Not a slice of it. All of it: the discovery, the technical build, the data, the change management, and the outcome.

These are the deployments with no playbook — a complex enterprise, a tangled stack, a dozen stakeholders who don't agree — where there's no clearly-defined resource to hand the pieces to. You are the resource. You land on-site, figure out what's actually broken, design the solution, and build it yourself — directing coding agents to do the heavy lifting. That's the shift: one builder with that leverage now ships what used to take a room of specialists. It's the whole reason this role can own everything, not a slice. Then you get a large organization to actually adopt it, which is the hardest part of all.

We care a lot about building a strong in-person culture, and we’re very much in build mode. We expect the team to be in our SF office five days a week — that’s important to how we operate and scale right now.

Who You Are:

  • High agency. You walk into ambiguity and take command of the outcome — customers trust you in the room, and you earn it.

  • A builder who ships. You go hands-on-keyboard and produce a real, production-grade solution — you don't just diagram one.

  • A change-management driver. You know shipping the integration is half the job; getting an enterprise to adopt it is the other half.

  • Self-sufficient at the messy edge. The auth handshake that half-works, the sync that silently drifts, the field that means three things in three systems — you don't route those to someone else. You're the someone else.

  • T-shaped. Deep enough to build, broad enough to own discovery, data, stakeholders, and the rollout — all at once.

What You'll Do:

  • Own the entire implementation. From first on-site discovery to a live, trusted, adopted system — you own every deployed outcome, not a workstream. If it stands between the customer and value, it's yours.

  • Build the solution yourself. Not just the pipes — the workflows, the reporting, the custom logic the business actually runs on. Integrations and syncs when the deployment needs them; a bespoke automation when it doesn't. You direct AI coding agents to ship it in days, and you know production-grade when you see it.

  • Make the data tell the truth. Map messy enterprise schemas into Reevo so reporting and AI work on day one — day-one trust is won or lost here.

  • Own change management. The hardest part of an enterprise go-live is people, not code. Sequence the rollout, win the stakeholders, and get the organization to adopt the system — not just receive it.

  • Turn one-offs into infrastructure. Productize what you build and write the playbooks that let Generalists run the next one — and push hard-won requirements back into the core product.

What You Bring:

  • Experience building software, data pipelines, or integrations. Years matter less than what you've owned end to end.

  • Fluent enough to build: SQL, at least one general-purpose language, APIs and webhooks — and fluent with AI coding tools to move faster than headcount normally allows.

  • A track record of navigating ambiguity and owning a complex, high-stakes outcome from start to finish.

  • Comfortable owning enterprise stakeholder relationships and driving change management.

  • We love founders. If you've started or operated your own thing, you know how to adapt to whatever a situation throws at you — and that adaptability is exactly what this role runs on.

  • Willingness to be on-site in San Francisco and travel regularly to customer sites.

  • Bonus: workflow orchestration (e.g. Temporal), data-warehouse tooling, or forward-deployed / solutions-engineering experience.

What We Offer:

  • Compensation: A highly competitive base salary and bonus structure, and early-stage equity that aligns your success directly with the company's growth.

  • Comprehensive Benefits: Competitive health, dental, and vision coverage, generous paid time off (PTO), and other valuable perks designed to support your well being.

  • Growth & Development: Clearly defined career advancement paths, dedicated mentorship opportunities, and a strong commitment to investing in your continuous professional development and skill enhancement.

  • Dynamic Culture: Join a collaborative, innovative, and fast-paced work environment where your direct contributions have a tangible and immediate impact on the product, the sales strategy, and the overall company trajectory.
