We’re a collaborative, analytical, and creative team that partners closely with sales leadership and teams across marketing, sales enablement, and revenue operations to build programs that drive business impact. You’ll have a direct influence on how we grow and win in your segment.

About the Role

Outreach is seeking a Sr. Growth Marketing Manager to own go-to-market strategy and execution for our Commercial and Mid-Market segments. You'll operate at the intersection of strategy and execution—developing campaigns, shaping segment strategy, and owning field work. You'll partner directly with product marketing, the broader marketing team, and sales leadership to move strategy into action. We're an AI-native company at the forefront of revenue orchestration, and you'll help define what that looks like in your segments.
