About the Team
Our GTM Strategy & Operations team builds the systems, insights, and operating rhythms that help scale Enterprise revenue growth. In this role, you’ll partner closely with the broader GTM Strategy & Operations team and senior Sales leaders to support strategic planning, strengthen business execution, and operationalize key initiatives across the Enterprise organization.
About the Role
You’ll manage core sales cadences, analyze business performance, and contribute to cross-functional initiatives that improve efficiency and accelerate growth. This is a highly collaborative role that works across Sales, Finance, Enablement, Data, Product, Growth Strategy, and Systems.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys navigating ambiguity, solving complex business problems, and using data to improve how teams operate and scale.
In this role, you will:
Support Enterprise GTM Strategy
Partner with Enterprise Sales leadership on strategic planning, coverage, and growth initiatives
Analyze business performance and customer trends to inform recommendations and priorities
Identify operational gaps and opportunities across the sales funnel
Develop growth strategies and strategic bets for new products, capabilities, customer motions, and market opportunities across Enterprise subsegments
Improve Business Operations
Support forecasting, pipeline reviews, business reviews, and performance reporting
Build scalable processes, reporting, and operating cadences that improve visibility and execution
Maintain and enhance core GTM metrics and dashboards
Share knowledge and best practices across the GTM Strategy & Operations team to drive greater consistency and standardization
Drive Cross-Functional Initiatives
Partner across Sales, Finance, Enablement, Data, Product, Growth Strategy, and Systems on high-impact initiatives
Coordinate stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables to keep projects moving forward
Drive process improvements that increase sales productivity and operational efficiency
Deliver Insights and Recommendations
Translate data into clear business insights and actionable recommendations
Develop executive-ready presentations, reporting, and decision-making materials
Communicate risks, opportunities, and progress to key stakeholders
Deliver timely ad hoc analysis and reporting for GTM leadership
You might thrive in this role if you:
Have 8+ years of experience in Strategy & Operations, Revenue Operations or Business Operations.
Are highly analytical and comfortable working with large datasets to generate insights, identify trends, and inform business decisions.
Have experience supporting forecasting, pipeline management, business reviews, performance reporting, or other GTM operating rhythms.
Excel at structuring ambiguous problems, developing practical solutions, and driving execution in fast-paced environments.
Are an effective cross-functional partner who can build relationships and influence stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Product, Data, and Operations teams.
Have strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to create executive-ready materials and clearly articulate recommendations.
Are detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high bar for quality and execution.
