Product Design / Growth Lead – Lab49 (New York)

Lab49 partners with leading investment banks, asset managers, and fintech innovators to design and build next-generation digital products. We’re looking for a hands-on Product Design / Growth Lead — a designer, strategist, and storyteller — to drive both creative delivery and new business growth.
The RoleThis hybrid role balances strategic pitches and business development with high-impact product design. You’ll lead high impact product design projects from a creative design perspective (50%) as as well as new business perspective - not just upselling. This person will own new business pitches, new offerings and new sales, all while crafting and executing compelling narratives, prototypes, and UI deliver measurable impact for our clients.
