- Full Sales Cycle Ownership: Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead qualification and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close — following a structured, repeatable sales process.
- Pipeline & Forecast Management: Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast data in the CRM system, and provide regular reporting on account status, opportunities, and revenue projections.
- Market & Competitive Insight: Stay current on cybersecurity industry trends, the competitive landscape, and emerging threats in order to advise customers and refine sales strategy.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales Development, Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Delivery teams to align on account strategy, lead generation, and successful customer onboarding.
- Performance Metrics: Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual quota targets for new bookings, renewals, and account growth.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience selling SaaS-based cybersecurity software solutions, with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong, hands-on experience selling CrowdStrike solutions (or comparable SaaS-based endpoint/cloud security platforms) is highly preferred.
- Solid understanding of security frameworks, client security needs, and the evolving threat landscape.
- Technical aptitude to understand and clearly communicate how cybersecurity products and solutions solve business problems.
- Proven ability to identify problems, analyze data, determine root causes, and provide scalable solutions.
- Strong network of security professionals and customers within the cybersecurity industry.
- CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and experience with sales automation tools.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work autonomously and with a high degree of self-direction.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proficient in English.
