Sr. Manager, Growth Campaigns is a hands-on marketer who designs, executes, and optimizes integrated campaigns that drive measurable pipeline across Ataccama's global enterprise accounts. You own campaign activation end to end, from brief to reporting, bringing together the right channels, audiences, and messages to generate demand and accelerate revenue.

This role is the connective tissue between strategy and execution. You take product marketing positioning and content strategy and turn it into campaigns that run cleanly across channels and regions. That means you are as strong on the operational mechanics (build, QA, workflow, attribution) as you are on the creative and strategic side.

You will work closely with Product Marketing, Content, Digital, Field Marketing, Sales, and BDR teams to make sure campaign strategy translates into real business outcomes. You are equally comfortable in the data and in the detail, and you use AI tools and marketing technology to work smarter, move faster, and continuously improve performance.
