Our Berlin office has an exciting opening starting in November for a passionate and experienced Sr. Marketing Associate to cover a 1-year maternity leave. This is a fantastic opportunity to collaborate with an innovative, fast-growing team in the mobile ad-tech space. As a key member of the marketing team, you will drive brand awareness across core EMEA channels and play a crucial role in marketing operations, with a focus on event and swag management.

 

What you’ll be doing 

Event Planning & Execution

  • Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of industry conferences, client summits, and proprietary brand events.
  • Manage all logistical aspects, including venue sourcing, vendor negotiations, catering, AV, signage, payment, and on-site coordination.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring all events are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Oversee the creation of event collateral, including invitations, programmes, presentations, and branded materials.
  • Coordinated the sourcing, distribution, and on-site delivery of branded event merchandise. 

Stakeholder & Partner Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external vendors, venues, and agency partners throughout the event lifecycle.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and internal Marketing teams to align event objectives with broader commercial goals.
  • Manage relationships with industry bodies and sponsorship contacts to maximise event reach and visibility.

Marketing & Audience Development

  • Develop and execute pre- and post-event marketing campaigns across email, social media, and digital channels to drive registration and engagement.
  • Build and manage targeted audience lists in collaboration with the Sales teams.
  • Create compelling event messaging and content that resonates with adtech professionals, agency partners, and brand advertisers.

Reporting & Performance Analysis

  • Define success metrics for each event and produce post-event reports covering attendance, engagement, pipeline influence, and ROI.
  •  Maintain accurate event records, budgets, and reconciliations, providing regular updates to senior stakeholders.
  • Apply learnings from each event to continuously improve future event strategies and execution.

 

Your background and who you are:

  • 3–5+ years of marketing events experience
  • BA degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent
  • Based in Berlin
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally for business
  • High efficiency, strong productivity, and proven time-management skills
  • High-level written and oral English communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a diverse, multicultural workplace
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and outgoing personality

Bonus Points

  • Russian-speaking preferred
  • Proven experience in organizing and managing events in mobile advertising and or performance marketing
  • Passion for events, logistics, people experience, branding, and problem-solving
  • Tech-savvy professional proficient in Google Workspace, Asana, Zoom, SplashThat, and email marketing platforms such as HubSpot. 
  • Basic understanding of ad tech and programmatic advertising ecosystem
