At SVGTM, all of our products are custom-made to order through a print-on-demand process. As such, we strive to ensure the highest quality in our designs and prints. Please read our refund policy carefully.

 

1. Refunds and Returns

 

1.1. Non-Refundable Items:

Due to the custom nature of print-on-demand products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

Change of mind.

Incorrect sizes ordered (please consult the sizing chart before purchase).

Minor print variations due to manufacturing.

 

1.2. Refund Eligibility:

We only offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

The item is defective (e.g., misprint, damage, or quality issue).

The item received is different from what was ordered.

 

1.3. Timeframe for Claims:

Customers must contact us within 14 days of receiving the product to report any issues.

 

2. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

 

2.1. Contact us at Bigmanartist@outlook.com with the following details:

Order number.

A description of the issue.

Photos of the product showing the defect or issue.

 

2.2. We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

 

2.3. If your request is approved:

For refunds: The amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

For replacements: A new item will be printed and shipped at no additional cost.

 

3. Shipping and Returns
